Colin Bell, trustee

Colin became a trustee of PSS in 2020 bringing a legal background to the role. Colin is a commercial and intellectual property partner at a leading law firm based in Liverpool, where he has been since 2007, having relocated from London. Although not originally from Merseyside, Colin has made the North West his home.   

Colin is a keen advocate for PSS for the support and excellence it provides to the community and nationwide. Colin has experience in a range of legal issues and has advised local, national, and international clients across a number of sectors, including particular charities and the care sector. Away from work, Colin is a proud dad and avid sports fan (and occasional participant).
