How can we support you?

Peer support

There’s nothing better than talking to someone who’s been there. At PSS we're lucky enough to have a team of people called peer supporters, who have not only been right there where you are, but have the expertise to guide you through. Everyone in our peer-led group has the chance to give support and get support from each other. It's a tried and tested way we like to support people, and it's available through our Upbeat Liverpool service.

The support from PSS Wellbeing Centres has stopped me taking my own life more than once.
