Meet Carla

Hi, I’m Carla, I’ve worked with PSS for over 20 years in the finance team. My current role as financial planning and reporting accountant involves supporting operational managers in understanding financial reports and other financial information and assisting budget holders to help complete and understand budgets. I also supervise two members of staff and oversee the sales ledger.  Being a coach is completely different to my normal role and I love the challenge. 

How could I support you? 

I support the people I coach by making them feel comfortable. When people are comfortable they tend to open up more. Being a coach you have to be open-minded and let yourself go on a journey with someone and help them to build solutions with them 

The sessions for me need to be comfortable, in a calm environment and at a suitable time for both parties.I always do an initial session and this is just so we can get to know each other and I can give a bit more information about what coaching is and how it can help.
