The main responsibilities of the role will include; creating opportunities, developing relationships and building trust with the people you support. You’ll support individuals to play an active role within their communities and help them to achieve their goals. Previous experience is not essential; you’ll receive access to our extensive training programme which will enable you to gain all the skills and knowledge you need to be excellent at your job. We’ll also make sure you get a comprehensive induction and our experienced staff team will support you in your journey with us.
To ensure the delivery of a flexible, responsive service which can adapt to changes in each individual’s level of need and which provides a continuous presence. Successful candidate will provide a waking night service which enables people to stay safe and protected from harm.
