We are looking for two staff members:
1 x 9 month maternity cover
1 x 6 month post

Spinning World is a specialist psychological therapy service working with trauma and recovery. The aim of the service is to improve the mental and emotional wellbeing of migrants and refugees. This post will be responsible for managing the day to day activities of the Spinning World Wigan service, including supervising staff and students as well as working with a designated caseload. Our service with Wigan CCG provides a specialist therapeutic service to adults based in Ashton, Leigh and Wigan. Interventions will range form crisis counseling to in-depth trauma therapy.

Applicants will work as part of a team to provide a multi-disciplinary approach to the emotional and psychological wellbeing of migrants and refugees. The role will also involve participation in associated admin/auditing procedures and engaging in the professional development of the service.

A psychological therapy qualification is essential, as is post qualification experience.
