What does the job involve?

Whatever challenges life brings, we think everyone should have a chance to change things for the better. As a support worker, you’ll empower people with support needs to live the way they want to live.

We are currently recruiting for highly motivated support workers to support a gentleman with an acquired brain injury and complex needs within his family home. He requires full support with daily living tasks, personal care and to access activities. He’s supported with a 2-1 staff ratio over a 24-hour period, seven days per week, 365 days per year, including evenings, weekends, waking nights and bank holidays.

Previous experience is not essential; you’ll receive access to our extensive training programme which will enable you to gain all the skills and knowledge you need to be excellent at your job. A driving licence is essential for this role
