Our team

Lesley joined PSS in 2009 following a career in higher education as chief executive of Leeds University Student Union and before that the University of London and Kings College.

Sharon joined the PSS leadership team in 2013 after working in posts in both the social enterprise and private sector in senior finance roles.

Harriet moved to Liverpool to join PSS in 2019. Harriet graduated uni into a support worker role and has worked in social care since, in many different roles.

Julie has been a Trustee with PSS since 2017 and has been the Chair since 2021.

Jenny is our Board's financial expert, having served as a chief financial officer in the NHS for several years.

Bev's one of PSS's trustees. She's got loads of experience as a business leader, working for lots of well-known brands.

Colin became a trustee of PSS in 2020 bringing a legal background to the role.

Georgia is a PhD student and active research assistant at Liverpool John Moore’s University, with a background in Criminal Justice Research.

PSS trustee, Rich is a strategic public relations consultant and former journalist with more than 20 years’ experience in communications and the news media.

Kim is a senior lecturer of Health and Social Justice in the Nursing Department at Manchester Metropolitan University and has a PhD in Social Work and Social Care.

Matt’s got over 20 years’ experience as a business leader in the housing and construction sector.
